- Flat view shows everything in one view. Stadard view uses nested categories and FAQs to keep related content together.
- Pagination system statistics let you know how many records there are in the associated category, search result or view.
- Now you can define the category that new and existing categories are located in right from the edit area.
- When creating a new FAQ in admin you can nominate what category the FAQ will reside in. After saving the FAQ you will be redirected to the category you saved the FAQ in.
- Visually add images to your FAQ using drag and drop. The new image browser uses pagination for improved efficiency with lots of images.
- When editing a FAQ you have the option to remove it from any categories it is linked to. If you remove it from everything a copy will be saved in the root category.
- System messages are grouped to reduce clutter and make them easier to read. The grouping is by message type: error, warning, success and general.
- Using the filters and search field together you can quickly find what your looking for. To refine the search to a single category only, first navigate to that category, then perform your search making sure the view filter is set to Nested-view.
- Generate sitemaps for search engines so they can index your website efficiently.

- Plugin FAQ display for existing osTicket pages. The displayed content can be changed from the admin area, including turning the box on and off.
- Displays FAQs and provides options for the user if they are enabled in admin. The display can be changed from the admin area.
